Reshoot Blog

My group and I didn't do any reshoots. When we got our peer-review paper,  it said the only thing we needed to fix was audio. The person who peer-reviewed my video said the dialogue was hard to hear. I can try increasing the sound of the dialogue. If it doesn't help, I will have my actresses do voiceovers. The only hard part about doing the voiceover is getting the sound to sync correctly with the video.  It's hard to film a video where dialogue is the main part and have people voiceover scenes accurately enough where people can't even tell.  It will be a great challenge for me to fix the dialogue audio. Hopefully, I can fix it so that the movie still turns out great.

I planned to film the few scenes I have left with my actresses next Tuesday. That gives me and my group members enough time to get our props together. I will also be working on the audio and the title sequences during this time. I want to add some cool green screens to the title sequences just before the establishing shot. Luckily pushing back the filming schedule doesn't interfere with the entire schedule. Between 2-5 scenes are left to film. My group and I can finish filming the rest of the scenes in one day. The movie will be done way ahead of the due date. The movie is due sometime in April. The movie should be done with filming and editing by the end of March. Having the movie done early gives me enough time to edit the movie professionally.
